I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, addiction, and trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration. I take time to build a strong therapeutic relationship because I believe real growth happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood.
