I’m a person-centered therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, marital conflict, stress, LGTBQ issues and more through individual, family and couples counseling. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship itself—feeling safe and truly understood is the foundation for healing and growth.
