Elizabeth MesserMSCMHC, IMHC
A deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges led me to a profession in clinical mental health counseling.

I am a National Board-Certified Counselor with a background in psychology, mental health support, and military leadership. My journey began in the Army, where a deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges led me to clinical mental health counseling.

I take an interactive, client-centered approach that blends compassion with evidence-based practices. I’ve worked with individuals, groups, and specialized populations—including veterans, LGBTQ+ clients, adolescents, and those in rural communities—addressing a wide range of mental health issues and trauma-related concerns.

As a certified Play Therapist with advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients through meaningful healing and personal growth. I offer counseling services tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals, always with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive space for exploration, resilience, and change.
