I followed a lifelong calling to help others and stepped into the world of counseling. My heart is in serving women, children, and families.

After 36 years working in corporate purchasing, I followed a lifelong calling to help others and stepped into the world of counseling. Today, I’m a master’s-level counselor, a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI), and a PhD student in Counseling Education and Supervision.

My heart is in serving women, children, and families. I’ve worked in both school settings and private practice, helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with care and clarity.

I specialize in:

  • Women’s issues

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma

  • Relationship and family struggles

  • Separation, divorce, and blended family transitions

  • Marriage and premarital counseling (SYMBIS certified)

  • Parent-child relationships and attachment

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and genograms. I also incorporate mindfulness—one of my favorite tools to help clients feel grounded, connected, and empowered.

When you meet with me, you’ll be welcomed into a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Your story matters, and I’ll take the time to truly listen. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.
