My approach is warm, intentional, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs.

Has your own well-being taken a back seat to caring for others? Caregiving can feel all-consuming, isolating, and overwhelming—especially when someone you love requires ongoing or full-time care. You may also be managing chronic illness, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or balancing the needs of both children and aging family members. Carrying so much for so long can leave you feeling exhausted, anxious, and burned out. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.

I work with adults caring for loved ones with dementia, chronic illness, or terminal illness. I also support individuals living with health concerns, older adults facing significant life transitions, and high-achieving women experiencing stress and burnout. Therapy offers a place to share your story and make space for the worry, grief, anger, sadness, and uncertainty that can accompany these experiences.

My approach is warm, intentional, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs while recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will create an affirming space where your experiences are honored, chronic health conditions are acknowledged, and difficult emotions are met with compassion—without judgment or toxic positivity.
