I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood.

As a therapist committed to supporting individuals, children, and couples on their healing journey, I want you to know — you are not alone. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and sometimes even overwhelming. Whether you’re exhausted from managing daily stressors or ready to process deeper wounds from the past, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I gently challenge unhelpful patterns, support emotional insight, and help you build practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I have experience working with clients navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, addiction, and life transitions. I am trained in evidence-based practices including Play Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I thoughtfully integrate these approaches to help you and your family break unhealthy cycles.

My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I believe healing happens within a trusting relationship, so I prioritize building connection and meeting you exactly where you are. I am compassionate and nonjudgmental, while also being direct and intentional when needed.
