My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

I believe therapy works best when it’s personal, collaborative, and tailored to you. No two people are the same, so your treatment plan shouldn’t be either. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.

I have 17 years of experience as a mental health counselor, working primarily in private practice. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and couples counseling, and I’m passionate about helping people heal, connect, and thrive. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, identity questions, or family issues, we’ll work together to build real, lasting change.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3 trained)—to help clients process deep emotional wounds and move forward with strength. I also work with children, women, military families, and individuals facing eating disorders, codependency, low self-esteem, and anger management issues.

Above all, I believe that strong rapport and a safe, authentic connection are essential. Therapy isn’t just about working through problems—it’s about growth, healing, and rediscovering your sense of self.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk with you.
